Steel Fabrication
Fullster Iron operates from a 20,000 square foot fabrication facility in Sherwood Park, Alberta. The facility features four overhead cranes on a 450’ flow-through runway with a lift capacity in one bay of 30 ton and a 24′ hook height.
Specialized automated equipment includes a CNC Peddinghaus beam drill line, as well as a plate processor (one step cut, drill and mark) capable of handling 8’ wide by 3” thick material. Both machines are fully integrated with 3D modeling software. StruMIS software is incorporated as a Management Information System including estimating, procurement, material optimization , and production control.
Fullster Iron prefers to foster close working relationships and trust with its clients, then aims to meet a wide range of those customers’ needs while responding on fairly short notice.
